• Monitor patterns related to wellbeing, productivity, and personal development

3. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

Christify is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service.

The insights, suggestions, summaries, or content generated by the Service are informational only and are not a substitute for professional healthcare, therapy, or counseling.

If you are experiencing distress, crisis, or mental health concerns, seek help from a qualified professional or local emergency services.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant Christify a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, analyze, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service.

• We do not sell your personal reflections or journal content

6. Artificial Intelligence Features

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon for professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and interpreting AI-generated outputs.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload malicious code or harmful software
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
• Exploit vulnerabilities in the Service

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription processed through app stores or authorized providers.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related software, design, branding, and AI systems are the exclusive property of Christify or its licensors.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christify, its affiliates, and employees from claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of AI outputs.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
